Return and Exchange Policy
Due to Covid-19 ALL SALES ARE currently FINAL
Returns and Exchanges will not be accepted until further notice

To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, must have tag, no stains, unwashed, and odorless. To begin an exchange please contact us at info@dimepiece-apparel.com. You must include name, order number, proof of purchase and reason for return. Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning items. Store credit will be issued in order to purchase a new item.

 

ALL items must be returned within 7 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. We will not accept any returns after 7 days. RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY!

 

YOU MAY NOT EXCHANGE: 

- Bodysuits or white items will not be accepted due to hygiene purposes

- All items purchased on sale, clearance, or with any discount over 20% are FINAL SALE

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns and Exchanges

Dimepiece Apparel reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and reject returns from customers at any time due to: potential fraudulent or criminal activity and an irregular or excessive return history indicative of wardrobing.
